Principal, Precision Strategies


Mia Logan is a digital strategist and paid media subject matter expert with over a decade of multi-disciplinary experience in planning, implementing, and executing campaigns for nonprofit, corporate, government, entertainment, tech, and political advocacy organizations.

As a principal at Precision, Mia works in a cross-functional capacity, planning, project managing, and consulting on paid media projects to help execute complex omnichannel advertising campaigns. Additionally, she provides strategic insight to help clients reach a variety of objectives from direct response, to awareness and persuasion, to engagement. She also provides recommendations for innovative ways to approach research and reporting to generate the best outcomes for our clients’ digital advertising programs, while also mentoring associate team members.

Prior to joining Precision, Mia worked as a senior advertising subject matter expert at Beaconfire RED where she led the team on all integrated (paid, organic digital, and email) media efforts for clients like the National Trust for Historic Preservation, League of Women Voters, and more.

Mia has worked with clients across diverse industries on their paid media initiatives, from rebranding a popular music streaming app to improving health and safety outcomes for military families to devising strategies for Get Out the Vote outreach to women and people of color in key congressional districts across the nation.

Prior to working at Beaconfire RED, Mia served in several digital marketing and advertising operations roles, both as in-house specialist and an agency consultant, including senior digital media specialist at Hager Sharp, where she co-led all paid media planning and ongoing management for the Center for Disease Control’s Zika Virus Awareness Outreach efforts. Mia has also served as the senior paid media specialist at Reingold and Associates working on campaigns for Military OneSource, the Veteran’s Crisis Line, and the NFL Player’s Association. Before that, she was a senior paid social consultant at Zeno Group where she worked with clients like TIDAL, Netflix, Taco Bell, and Carnival Cruises, on direct response, brand reputation management, and consumer engagement accounts.

Mia attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. and currently lives in Prince George’s County, Maryland with her partner and son.
